Carpenter-Salomé Trio

Carpenter-Salomé Trio presents "Music of Dvorak, Shor, Eldor, Bianco, and Piazzolla"

The Carpenter siblings (violinists Sean and Lauren, and the world's leading solo violist David) founded the Salomé Chamber Orchestra in 2009, a conductor-less string ensemble that has helped raise over $2 million for its partner non-profit organizations through charity events and concerts. In 2010, they also founded Carpenter Fine Violins, the leading international dealer in rare stringed instruments of Stradivari and Guarneri del Gesu, to pursue their collective admiration for such extraordinary objects. All three siblings studied at pre-college divisions of the Juilliard School and the Manhattan School of Music.

This program is generously sponsored by The MOCA Foundation and by Mary L. Bianco.
