Group Payment
Group payments may be made on the day of your visit by cash, check (payable to: Bowers Museum), Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. One form of payment per group. We cannot accept prepayments or purchase orders.

Payment in full should be made by the tour escort at the Visitor Services Desk in the main lobby of the museum. We recommend that group members stand by on the coach or in the courtyard until payment is made and admission stickers are distributed.

Cancellation
Group tours are led by volunteer docents. If you must cancel, please call 714-567-3680 immediately so that we can staff accordingly.

MOTOR COACH DRIVER INFORMATION
Passenger drop-off is in front of the museum on West 20th St. just west of N. Main. After dropping off passengers, coaches may park on 20th Street, depending on availability. Coaches may return to the front of the museum for passenger pickup. (Drivers receive complimentary museum admission.)
