Join Wolfgang Schlink, gallerist, collector, and lecturer, for a magnificent tour of Western Europe’s most celebrated artistic cities. Mr. Schlink has created a wonderful adventure that focuses not only on the artistic legacies of each city, but also each location’s unique take on the business of selling art. Begin with a five night-stay in beautiful Paris, the tribal art capital of the world, where highlights will include Musée du Quai Branly, the Louvre, Guimet, Rodin, and some fifty galleries in the St.-German-des-Prés. Journey on to the splendors of Madrid, the historic capital of Spain. Visit the Prado and Sofia Reina, and stunning Thyssen galleries. Day trips venture out to Cordoba with its legendary Moorish architecture, and the Visigoth, Moorish, Jewish, and Christian heritage and influences of Toledo.
