Kidseum is geared to Pre-K through 2nd grade students, with all tours guided by specially trained staff. Complement your Kidseum tour with a cultural art class appropriate to your students’ grade level! All tours and art projects are provided by trained teachers and meet Visual Art content academic standards.

Explore the Egyptian-themed archaeology lab, fly through time and space on the Green Screen Time Machine, let your imagination glow in the Glow Cave with glow-in-the dark cave paintings, cross the Chumash Rainbow Bridge, and more! Students learn about the value of community and collaboration by engaging in storytelling, dress up, puppet theater, and drumming circles. Guided tours last approximately 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of free play time in the variety of hands-on exhibits.
You can pair your tour with a cultural art class appropriate to your students’ grade level.

If you are a Title I school, you are eligible to have grant funds pay for your tour admission and art project for up to 100 students per visit, as well as a bus reimbursement of up to $250 per bus. For more information and to download an application, click here

KIDSEUM - School Tour & Art Class Pricing
Beginning October 5th, 2016
School tour pricing for Kidseum is $13 per student for tour and an optional corresponding art project..
1 chaperone for every 10 students is required, and is free, with additional chaperones at $6 each.
All teachers and special needs aides are free.
Minimum 15 students. Maximum 100 students per tour.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 9:30am-12pm.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
