NAGA - Ten Years in Forbidden Northeast India

In this multivisual lecture, author, photographer, and curator Peter van Ham recounts the story of his research among the Naga peoples in Northeast India and Myanmar. Van Ham was permitted to experience the Naga during a time (between 1996 and
2006) when their territories had yet to be open to foreign access and the various Naga groups had just started formulating a self-definition that focused on their own age-old and indigenous traditions.
