Bowers Meditations

Be mindful. Refresh your focus on Thursdays at the Bowers. Each month, meditation experts explore how cultures around the world exercise mental and physical well-being and meditation. Spend an hour engaging in Tai chi, stretch your muscles and breath in yoga or calm your mind through vibrations in focused chanting. Program is for adults take place every 3rd Thursday of the month beginning January 2016. BYOM (bring your own mat). Each program is accompanied by live or recorded music.
