Thank you to the Nicholas Endowment for sponsoring our Family Festivals on the first Sunday of each month. Admission to the Family Festivals in the Key Courtyard and to KIdseum, an interactive children’s museum, is free. Regular museum pay admission will apply on Free Family Festival day. The Target Corporation is no longer sponsoring free admission to the museum on the first Sunday of the month.
Santa Ana Sundays
Bowers offers free admission to all Santa Ana residents on Sundays through a generous donation in memory of Dorothy Goerl and courtesy of the Lockhart Family. Santa Ana residents will need to provide proof of residency through an ID, driver's license or utility bill.
Blue Star Museum Admission
The Blue Star Museums program is a collaboration among the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense, and more than 1,800 museums across America to offer free admission to all active duty military personnel and their families from Memorial Day through Labor Day 2015. The free admission program is available to any bearer of a Geneva Convention common access card (CAC), a DD Form 1173 ID card, or a DD Form 1173-1 ID card, which includes active duty U.S. military - Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, as well as members of the National Guard and Reserve, U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, NOAA Commissioned Corps - and up to five family members.
