Misia Sert, celebrated as the Queen of Paris, was the muse to the Parisian avant garde in the 1890s, and again, in the 1910s.

October 29 | Muses from Below: Suzanne Valadon and Kiki de Montparnasse
Born to unwed mothers, both Suzanne Valadon and Kiki de Montparnasse arrived in Paris as girls and made their way against the odds.

November 5 | Picasso’s Inspiration
November 12 | Surrealism and the Muse: Gala Dali
November 19 | Lydia Delectorskaya and Matisse
