Kennedy- Warhol Portraits

Andy Warhol (August 1928 – 22 February 1987) was part of the pop art movement. Warhol liked to use bright colors and silk screening techniques to mass-produce artworks based on photographs of celebrities. Children can explore this great artist by making their own Warhol inspired painting. Then head over to Bowers where families can enjoy a special exhibit title, American Visionary: John F. Kennedy’s Life and Time. This exhibit celebrates the life, political career, and extraordinary vision of one of the country’s most admired and most charismatic presidents.
