Welcome back to the ever-popular Upstream: SoCal’s premier Reggae, Soca, and Caribbean music band. Also featured are Caribbean Joy Dancers. Enjoy Free face painting, art projects (tie-dye bandanas and wood fans), and frozen tropical juice bars.
