Bowers' Books for Kids: Storytime in the Galleries

Join us every last Saturday of the month for story book reading in the galleries followed by a simple, fun art project that kids will love.

Join local children’s author Stefanie Annis for a special reading of her newest book Coco the Chameleon. Inspired by Coco and the Halloween season, children are encouraged to come in costume and learn why just being yourself really is the best (ok, maybe except on Halloween). Coloring activity and additional Halloween-themed book reading provided by Bowers' docents to follow author's reading.

All ages welcome, geared for 4-10. Story Time will be held in the galleries, surrounded by the colorful watercolors of The Gift of Los Angeles: Memories in Watercolor by Gayle Garner Roski.

Free with General Admission to the Museum: Free for children under 12; $15 General, $12 Students/Seniors.
